General bungee fitness

Bungee Up is between studios. Our Lenexa pop-up and our former Lee’s Summit studio are both closed, and our transition to Midtown Kansas City is underway. The specific Midtown address and opening details will be announced separately.

You can still fly with us in the meantime. The Virtual Orientation is complimentary and on-demand, so you complete it from home - and pre-registrants during the transition unlock our limited-time First to Fly in Midtown KC offer plus priority access to Test Flight scheduling when the new class schedule is released. Future Just for Fun dates are already open to reserve.

Wear fitted, moisture-wicking workout clothes. Leggings and a snug top work best to prevent shifting under the harness. Avoid loose clothing and jewelry for safety and comfort.

Want to glow? Neon and glow-in-the-dark apparel are encouraged for Boujee Bungee™ Experiences! It’s completely optional, but our black lights make those colors pop - so if you’ve got it, wear it. ✨

Not at all! Our Boujee Bungee Events are designed for beginners and are purely recreational. However, regular classes require progression and skill development, and membership access is required.

It certainly can be. Bungee can be enjoyed as a fun, recreational experience, and it can also be a structured, progressive fitness program with coaching, skills and levels.

At Bungee Up® the two are intentionally separate: the Fitness Journey is built for people who want an ongoing workout, and Boujee Bungee™ is built for people who simply want to fly for fun. Both are fun. The intent is different.

The harness applies pressure around the waist and thighs, which may feel unusual at first. Most people adjust within a few sessions. If discomfort occurs, we can help adjust your fit for better support.

Our classes and events are for ages 16 and up. We currently do not offer youth classes.

One age rule runs higher than that: our monthly public Boujee Bungee night is 21 and over, because it includes an open wine bar. Private group parties and all regular classes are 16 and over.

Absolutely! Bungee Up welcomes flyers of all genders. Our harness system is designed to keep you secure and supported while you fly. For male flyers, we recommend supportive athletic undergarments with a soft, supportive pouch or cup while wearing the harness. If you have any questions about what to wear before your flight, just ask - we’re happy to help.

Bungee fitness is low-impact and joint-friendly… if you have pre-existing injuries or medical conditions, we recommend consulting your doctor before participating.

Bungee workouts involve jumping, bouncing, and suspension… start slowly, stay hydrated, and let your coach know beforehand.

Booking & membership

Because bungee fitness is skill-based. Like gymnastics, someone has to teach you the foundation first: how to work with the equipment and resistance, the foundational movements, and how to move safely and confidently in the harness.

That is why the Fitness Journey starts with a free Virtual Orientation and the two-day Bungee Basics series before your first regular Level 1 class. Nobody is handed a harness and told to follow along.

Three steps, in order. Step 1 is a complimentary, self-paced Virtual Orientation (about 15 minutes) that explains how Bungee Up works, what your First-Time Flyer Test Flight™ includes, the investment, and your options if you decide to continue. Finishing it unlocks the $99 Orientation Rate (regularly $149, $198 total value).

Step 2 is your Test Flight: Bungee Basics Day 1 and Day 2, then one regular Level 1 class. Step 3 is choosing the membership or class option that fits you and levelling up from there.

The Fitness Journey is designed around learning the skill, building a foundation, progressing through structured fitness classes and keeping an ongoing fitness routine. It starts with a free Virtual Orientation.

Boujee Bungee™ is designed around the recreational experience: birthdays, girls’ days, bridal celebrations, corporate outings, or simply wanting to try bungee, with no onboarding and no ongoing commitment. Neither one is the "right" way to fly. They are made for different intentions, and if a Boujee Bungee™ guest decides they want this to be their workout, there is a path for that too.

Because the right membership depends on your goals, your schedule and how often you plan to fly - and a headline price that turns out not to apply to you is worse than no price at all.

Your free, self-paced Virtual Orientation is where the real numbers live. It takes about 15 minutes, it costs nothing, and it walks you through every membership option with a transparent pricing breakdown plus the next steps to get started. You finish it knowing exactly what your flight path would cost.

Just for Fun pricing works the other way around - those prices are flat and published. Public Boujee Bungee™ Experiences, private group events and optional add-ons all have clearly published pricing, so you’ll know the cost before you reserve.

All sessions require advance booking to ensure proper setup and staffing. Walk-ins are not available.

Regular Classes: each class is a 40-minute block - about 10 minutes for hook-in and setup plus 30 minutes of class time - so you do not need to arrive early. Boujee Bungee Events: clients must arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and fitting. If you arrive after the hook-in process, your session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

Our pricing is designed to fit your unique journey. Your First-Time Flyer™ Test Flight gives you the hands-on experience to get properly fitted, learn the foundational movements, and understand how our program works. By the time you complete your Test Flight, you’ll have the information and experience you need to determine which membership or class pack option best fits your goals and schedule.

Boujee Bungee Events: 4 to 11 participants. Bungee Basics Course: up to 6 per class. Regular Level Classes: up to 11 per class. One additional spot is reserved for the Coach in all session types.
